Role:
Develops and maintains systems to ensure high patient, employee, and physician satisfaction, with 24-hour accountability for Labor & Delivery and Antepartum services.
Responsibilities:
Manages staffing, productivity, and patient care processes using the nursing process; supervises RNs, technicians, and staff; coordinates interdisciplinary communication; develops unit competencies; participates in hospital committees; fosters quality, safety, and satisfaction initiatives; supports compliance with standards and policies; and leads strategic planning for OB services.
Qualifications & Skills:
RN license with associate degree, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonate Resuscitation certifications within 30 days of hire; demonstrates advanced knowledge in patient care, leadership, and collaboration.
