Role Overview
This position involves providing patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring patient autonomy, dignity, and rights are upheld. The role includes floating between clinics as needed and performing additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient data and assist in planning and implementing care.
- Administer prescribed medications and evaluate care plans.
- Educate patients and groups, and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Engage in ongoing educational development and complete assigned goals.
- Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with EPIC preferred.
- Valid BLS certification within 14 days of hire; LPN licensure required.
