Responsibilities
- Collects patient data and assists in planning and implementing care.
- Participates in evaluating care plans and administering prescribed medication.
- Provides patient and group education, and engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.
- Contributes to ongoing educational initiatives and completes assigned goals.
- Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.
- Proficient in computer literacy; experience with EPIC preferred.
- Valid BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; LPN licensure preferred.
