Role: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in their homes and communities under supervision of a licensed OT
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to enhance safety, function, and independence
  • Assist with therapeutic activities and activities of daily living (ADL) training
  • Develop home safety strategies and document client progress
  • Educate clients and their families to promote understanding and engagement

  • Strong communication and educational skills
