- Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications and support treatment plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes.
- Provide care coordination by assisting providers during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-management.
- Promote patient safety and follow infection control practices.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
