Little Learner Children’s Academy – Minooka, Crest Hill, Yorkville, and Bolingbrook, IL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 (Based on education and experience)

Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teacher in planning and leading classroom activities
- Create a safe and nurturing learning space
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain daily routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions
- Use active supervision and positive interactions with children
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Stay committed to ongoing learning and professional growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Must be at least 19 years old (Required)
- Passion for working with children (Required)
- Willing to complete CCP credential within 4-6 months of hire
- Flexible and dependable with work schedule
