Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and relationship-driven Regional Center & Charter School Pediatric Therapy Program Manager to oversee and coordinate services for our Regional Center and school-based programs.This role is critical in building and maintaining strong partnerships with Regional Centers, Service Coordinators, and Charter School leadership, while ensuring seamless coordination of therapy services for children and families. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and relationship management are key to success. Relationship Management & Program OversightDevelop and maintain strong, professional relationships with Regional Center representatives, including Service Coordinators and leadership teamsServe as the primary point of contact for contracted Charter Schools, including Directors and administrative staffEnsure all services provided align with contractual expectations, timelines, and quality standardsIdentify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand services within existing programsScheduling & CoordinationSchedule and coordinate IEP meetings, evaluations, and therapy services for school-based and Regional Center clientsManage and maintain clinician schedules for therapists providing Regional Center and school-based servicesCoordinate communication between clinicians, families, Service Coordinators, and school representativesEnsure timely initiation of services and continuity of care across all assigned casesOperational Support & ComplianceTrack referrals, authorizations, and service timelines to ensure compliance with Regional Center and school requirementsMaintain accurate records and documentation related to services, scheduling, and communicationsMonitor caseload distribution and therapist utilization to support efficient operationsTroubleshoot scheduling conflicts, service gaps, or stakeholder concerns in a timely and professional mannerQualificationsRequired: Prior experience working with Regional Centers, school-based therapy programs, or pediatric therapy servicesStrong understanding of IEPs, service coordination, and school-based therapy processesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate across multiple stakeholdersExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with scheduling systems, EMRs, and general office softwareWork Environment & ExpectationsFast-paced, coordination-heavy role requiring strong attention to detailCombination of administrative work and external stakeholder communicationMay require occasional travel to schools, meetings, or partner locationsWhy Join Little Land?At Little Land, we are committed to creating meaningful, accessible therapy services for children and families.
