Key Responsibilities
- Greet families warmly and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Answer questions about programs, classes, parties, and memberships.
- Promote Little Land Arcadia’s classes, events, and programs to families.
- Assist with customer check-in and point-of-sale transactions.
- Keep the play gym neat, organized, and safe throughout the day.
- Support staff and instructors during classes and events as needed.
- Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times.
- Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe environment for children and families.
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoys interacting with children and families in a playful, encouraging way.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, energetic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old; weekend availability required.
- Previous experience in customer service, child care, or recreation is a plus (but not required).
