What It's Like To Work At Little Land

Working at Little Land is not your typical job.

Our days are filled with kids laughing and playing, birthday celebrations, creative classes, high‑energy teamwork, and helping families have fun together.

What You Might Do

• Greet families and check guests in for open play, classes, birthday parties, and Parents’ Night Out events
• Engage with children during open play sessions
• Lead fun activities, games, and group play experiences
• Assist with sensory art, music exploration, and Little Learners classes
• Help host birthday parties and guide kids through party activities
• Support Parents’ Night Out events by supervising kids and leading games and activities
• Maintain clean and organized play areas
• Reset activity areas between programs
• Work closely with teammates to create a fun, welcoming environment
