Are you a production-minded professional with a background in the garment or screen printing industry? We are looking for an Order Operations Specialist who understands that a perfect final product starts with perfect data.

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our sales team and the Account Managers. You won’t just be entering data; you’ll be applying your knowledge of apparel manufacturing to ensure every order is technically sound, complete, and ready for high-volume fulfillment.

• Apparel Order Integrity: Execute accurate entry of complex garment orders, ensuring style codes, colors, and print specifications are flawlessly captured in our ERP system.
• Production Gatekeeping: Manage the "Hold" status for incoming orders, performing technical audits to ensure they meet production requirements before being released.
• Peak Period Management: Maintain high speed and accuracy during high-pressure cycles, including major launches, retail seasons, and limited-edition.
• Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify ways to streamline the order intake process to reduce lead times for the production team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a team player by partnering with Account Managers to resolve order discrepancies quickly, preventing downstream bottlenecks.

• Industry Knowledge: 1–2 years of experience in screen printing, apparel manufacturing, or garment production coordination. You should understand the lifecycle of a garment order.
• The "Self-Starter" Mindset: You don't wait for instructions when you see a data error; you investigate the "why" and propose a fix.
• ERP Proficiency: Experience with order management systems (prior experience with FDM4 is a major plus).
• Team Synergy: A collaborative attitude. You view your role as a service to the production and account teams, ensuring everyone has the data they need to succeed.
• Reliability: High school diploma or equivalent; proven ability to manage high-volume data entry without losing attention to detail.
