Position Overview: We are seeking a detail orientated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to air filters, processing orders, and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding air filter products, compatibility, maintenance, and maintain snacks and beverages for customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining calendar, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our air filter products and their specifications to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working to find satisfactory solutions.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and warehouse teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, Must be able to multi-task, particularly in a product-related field. Knowledge of air filters or HVAC systems is a huge plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
- Spanish speaking is a strong plus, but not required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Gmail,). Excell is helpful but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Positive, patient, and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Ability to get along with others (no drama).
