JOB SUMMARY
Lion’s Share is seeking a sharp, organized Expediter to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen
and front-of-house teams. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of service, uphold plating standards, and
coordinate timely, accurate dish delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure
will be key in creating a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room, prioritizing timing and ensuring each
dish is delivered at its peak.
• Inspect every dish for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before it leaves the pass, ensuring
alignment with standards.
• Communicate with chefs and FOH staff to address any delays or issues, maintaining a calm and
professional demeanor under pressure.
• Organize and maintain the ticket system, make adjustments to prioritize VIP guests or pacing
requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the FOH and BOH teams, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork
throughout service.
• Support the service team by tracking table progress and managing course transitions.
• Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown, ensuring the pass and surrounding areas are impeccably
clean and organized.
• Support additional FOH and BOH projects as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Involves standing and walking the entire shift.
• Requires using hands to perform daily tasks.
• Involves frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly during the shift.
