JOB SUMMARY
Lion’s Share is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Barback to support our bar team and ensure
seamless service. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of the bar, keeping it stocked, organized,
and running smoothly during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates the
needs of bartenders, and plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, replenishing spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as
needed.
• Assist bartenders with preparation, including juicing, batching, and setting up mise en place before
service.
• Ensure bar stations remain clean, organized, and free of unnecessary clutter throughout the shift.
• Wash and restock glassware efficiently to keep up with service demands.
• Change kegs, refill ice bins, and manage backstock inventory during service.
• Anticipate the needs of the bartenders to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional guest service.
• Support opening and closing duties, including deep cleaning, inventory checks, and setting up for the
next shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and compliant workspace.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Requires standing and walking for the entire shift.
• Involves frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly during the shift.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
