Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist – Brand Partnerships to support brand marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on a large-scale endurance sports partnership activation (March–October 2026). This role combines strategic brand support with hands-on partnership execution and serves as a brand ambassador across consumer and partner touchpoints. Significant travel is required during peak event season to ensure strong on-site brand presence and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador at endurance sports events and with key partners.
Develop and execute marketing copy for partnership communications, event materials, email campaigns, and internal updates.
Support day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination and asset management.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships to maximize collaboration and activation impact.
Coordinate on-site brand presence, including expo booths, athlete sampling, and VIP experiences.
Partner with event organizers to ensure all contractual deliverables are met to brand standards.
Track activation metrics and compile insights to inform future partnership strategies.
Support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand strategy and positioning.
Agency experience preferred; ability to work from briefs and collaborate with creative teams.
Strong copywriting skills across email, collateral, social, and internal communications.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Professional, relationship-focused communicator and brand representative.
Willingness to travel extensively during peak season (15 event weekends, March–October).
Experience in athletic, endurance, or wellness marketing strongly preferred.
