Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the softball program (7–12)
- Develop and implement a long-term program vision
- Organize practices, games, and offseason development
- Build and maintain a strong feeder/youth system
- Ensure compliance with Missouri State High School Activities Association guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Strong leadership and program-building ability
