Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily practices, meets, and event coaching
- Help develop athletes in assigned event groups
- Support strength, conditioning, and offseason programs
- Assist with meet setup, organization, and supervision
- Promote a positive, disciplined team culture
- Ensure compliance with Missouri State High School Activities Association guidelines
Qualifications:
- Playing or coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire to grow as a coach and mentor
