Job Title: Manufacturing Operator (Injection Molding / Assembly)Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMPay: $16.00/hr $1.00/hr shift premiumEmployment Type: Temp with potential to go permanentStart Date: ASAPJob Summary:We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Operator to support injection molding and assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and consistent production.Responsibilities:Report to your workstation 10 minutes before shift change to review machine performance, quality issues, and standard proceduresOperate injection molding machines and/or assembly equipment per standard operating proceduresReview daily quality requirements, operator instructions, quality alerts, and packaging instructionsPerform visual inspections to identify defects or damageVerify scale settings and ensure proper packaging and labelingPackage parts carefully to prevent contamination or damageCount and record good parts and scrap throughout the shiftCommunicate excessive scrap or defects to Quality or the Shift SupervisorMaintain press collection bins to inspection standardsSafely operate grinders as requiredPerform 5S activities per scheduleAssist other team members as needed to meet production demandsFollow all MIOSHA safety requirementsComplete other duties as assigned by supervision or managementQualifications:High school diploma or GEDAbility to understand written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to follow detailed procedures and exercise sound judgmentStrong communication skillsUnderstanding of workplace safety practicesPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb stairs as neededUse hands for handling tools, parts, and controlsVision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentReasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individualsWork Environment:Manufacturing environment with operating machinery and variable temperaturesPPE is provided and requiredStrict adherence to safety protocols is expectedWhy This Role:Consistent 2nd-shift schedule (Monday–Thursday)Shift premium includedTemp role with strong potential to convert to permanent employmentLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
