Position: CNC Machine Operator – 3rd Shift (Contract)
Location: Detroit, MI (On-site)
Shift: 3rd Shift, 9 PM – 7 AM (Line runs 10 hours)
Pay Rate: $18/hour | OT expected
Job Overview:
We are seeking a physically capable CNC Machine Operator for 3rd shift. This is a hands-on role requiring manual handling of parts (~40 lbs) between machines. Some loading will be at or above 6 ft. New hires will be gradually transitioned to ensure ergonomic safety.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year CNC machine experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work safely
- Bring your own safety shoes (steel toe or composite) and prescription safety glasses if needed
- Experience in manual CNC operations and ergonomics
- PPE provided (gloves, glasses); hearing protection optional
- Orientation: 10/17 AM (9–11 AM)
- Return to shift: 10/19 PM
- No onsite interview required
