In this role, you will take ownership of in-store branding, merchandising strategy, POP/POS execution, dealer displays, campaign rollouts, and customer channel marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales teams, creative agencies, and global HQ to ensure consistent brand visibility and impactful B2B marketing across all dealer locations.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on marketing environment, enjoys building strong dealer relationships, and open to travelling across the US to customer locations.
The Role:
- Conduct regular dealer visits to audit brand presence, assess merchandising effectiveness, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage POP/POS materials, tire rack branding, vehicle wraps, displays, and promotional elements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchandising needs from sales teams and dealers.
- Office-based role – Monday to Friday – 40 hours. US wide travel required – manage your own travel schedule.
The Person:
- Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, or customer relations.
- Background in the tire or automotive industry required.
- Experience working directly with dealers, retail partners, or B2B accounts.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred.
