Are you a Business Development Manager with geohazard experience within oil & gas, looking to showcase your sales acumen at an industry-leading business, offering uncapped commission and excellent progression opportunities?

In this role, you’ll be focusing on new business development, selling specialized geohazard solutions within oil & gas, across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California. You’ll monitor emerging hazards and industry news to spot opportunities, advise clients, and present tailored solutions while managing your schedule autonomously, with a company vehicle and credit card provided. This role includes 50% travel, as well as uncapped 1% commission on $6 - 8M annual targets and guaranteed commissions for the first six months, with top performers exceeding $300K.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager with geohazard experience within oil & gas, looking to spearhead a lucrative territory, receive industry-leading training and unrivalled career progression.
The Role:
- Hunter role, selling specialized geohazard solutions within oil & gas, across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California
- Autonomous role, with around 50% travel and all expenses paid
- Uncapped 1% commission on $6 - 8M annual targets and guaranteed commissions for the first six months
The Person:
- Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
- Geohazard experience within oil & gas
- Based anywhere in OK, CO, TX, or CA – 50% travel across these states
- Looking to considerably increase earnings through uncapped commission, whilst receiving specialist training and unrivalled progression opportunities
