Reporting to: Construction Field Supervisor – Windows

Status: Full-time/Non-exempt

Potential Earnings: $50,000-$90,000 (piece work rate)

Location: Baldwin, WI

• Please note while our corporate office is based in WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such, we advertise in the MN area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed.
• Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our WI location.

Essential Functions & Duties

Responsible for installation of all new windows, doors, frames, trim and hardware according to company-wide procedures and practices.

Removal of all old windows and doors and be able to repair or replace necessary rotten or damaged framing, siding, drywall or any adjoining materials and dispose of properly.

Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard requiring material to be shaped or cut to specified measurements.

Follow all safety rules and regulations as well as ensuring the company-provided vehicle and tools/equipment are well-maintained.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in window, framing and/or finish trade.
• Valid state issued driver’s license and good driving record.
  
  

Manual Skills

• Physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving of your whole body to handle, install, position, manipulate material and erect scaffolding (80% physical labor/20% driving and sitting).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to safely, legally and consistently operate an automobile for traveling.
