Decking Installation Technician – Construction Essential Functions & Duties

• Perform all relative tasks to install footings, decking, railings, framing, trim or hardware
• Removing old decking, railings and framing materials
• Repairing or replacing rotten or damaged framing, siding, flashing or any adjoining material
• Finishing surfaces of footings, decking, railing, or skirting
  
  

Decking Installation Technician – Construction Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in carpentry/finish trade.
• Equivalent education, training and/or related work experience
  
  

Location: Please note while our corporate office is based in WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such we advertise around the area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed.

• Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our Baldwin, WI location.
