Construction & Decking Project Coordinator Essential Functions & Duties Summary:

Main contact for all communication with homeowner from scheduling to problem solving during job.

Working with town officials on permit process and ordering, if needed.

Work with Construction and Decking Field Managers on scheduling of crews and communicating job status to management.

Complete all paperwork, warranties and/or processes when job is finalized and paid in full.

Reporting new sold jobs and job costing percentages to the Office Manager for final commission pay.

Construction & Decking Project Coordinator Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, required.

Good working knowledge of the construction industry, desired.

Minimum Of 1-year Relevant Experience In Project Management, Desired.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Experience working in SalesForce, desired.
