Position Summary:
The Director, Neuroscience Service Line is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of neuroscience services across the organization. This role oversees clinical practice standards, quality, education, and service line performance while driving growth, innovation, and patient-centered care delivery. The Director collaborates closely with medical staff, clinical leaders, and ancillary departments to enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of neuroscience service line operations, including quality, education, and clinical practice standards
- Design and implement organizational structures, systems, and processes aligned with business goals
- Partner with clinical and physician leaders to develop and evaluate integrated care models
- Monitor and improve service line performance through data-driven strategies and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through strategic analysis and planning
- Manage financial, capital, and human resources to ensure operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships, including recruitment and alignment
- Develop partnerships to expand multidisciplinary programs and systems of care
- Oversee advanced practice clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a health-related field (e.g., Health Administration, Business in healthcare)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an ambulatory setting
