F/T Director of Neuroscience Service Leader Needed in Rockford, IL
Our client, a large healthcare organization located in Rockford, IL, has an immediate staffing need for a direct-hire full-time Director of Neuroscience Service Line Leader. You will be responsible for providing oversight and direction in establishing and maintaining a system for developing, reviewing, approving, and disseminating standards of clinical practice including, but not limited to: quality, education, advanced practice, and clinical operations throughout the ministry. Working collaboratively with medical staff, other clinical leaders, and ancillary departments to identify opportunities to attain superior quality, safety, and cost management. Accountable for the operational performance of the service line through the implementation of solution sets, evaluation and management of capital, financial, and human resources, and ongoing performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead strategy and operations for the Neuroscience Service Line.
· Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
· Drive improvements in quality, safety, patient experience, and cost performance.
· Use data and metrics to guide decisions and achieve performance goals.
· Identify growth opportunities and expand programs through strategic partnerships.
· Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve outcomes and efficiency.
· Oversee advanced practice services and support provider engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field (could even be health administration).
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- 3 years of experience working in an ambulatory setting.

- Primarily office-based with extended periods of time sitting at a computer.
- Regular collaboration, meetings, and occasional presentations.
- Travel between locations as needed.
