Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Show Low, AZ. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless and high-quality care. Additional responsibilities include patient education, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive patient care skills including administering medication, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a healthcare team and communicate with patients and families
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulatory compliance standards, and best practices
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate documentation and managing patient records
- Active state Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
