Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Show Low, AZ. Qualifications
Shift: Nights | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Facility: 7 L&D beds, 2 triage beds, 10 postpartum beds
Volume: 1–3 births per day (≈830 per year)
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2
Support Staff: Respiratory Therapist (24/7), OB Scrub Tech, Health Unit Secretary, Patient Care Technician
Call Schedule: One shift per 4-week schedule
Float: May float to MedSurg if needed
Other: 24/7 pharmacy and respiratory therapy available; OB/Neonatologist not in-house

Qualifications
- Active RN license (AZ or compact)
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (Required)
- 2–3 years of Labor & Delivery experience (Required)
- C-section experience (Required)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to respond to OB emergencies
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and care for high-risk patients (pre-eclampsia, etc.)
