About the Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Administration team—providing essential office and clerical support, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and helping ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine. No two days are exactly the same, and that’s part of the fun!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll wear many (organized) hats, including:

Providing top-notch administrative and office support with accuracy and efficiency

Typing, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, mailing—you name it!

Greeting and directing visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
-
Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls (yes, even important ones!)

Scheduling and coordinating HR appointments and follow-ups
-
Handling confidential and sensitive information with care

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

Entering and retrieving data, compiling reports as needed
-
Troubleshooting administrative issues and knowing when to escalate

Managing office supplies and equipment
-
Processing annual background checks for the entire agency

Sorting and distributing mail daily

Supporting the Administrative/Office Manager as needed

Pitching in for special events—including helping volunteers during our Happy Holidays event 🎁

Required:
