We’re looking for an experienced and people-first HR Business Partner to be a strategic advisor, relationship builder, problem solver, and coach across the organization.
🌟 What You’ll Do
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll align business objectives with employees and leadership, providing full-spectrum HR support that moves our mission forward. Your work will touch everything from employee relations and talent acquisition to performance management, compliance, and culture-building.
Key areas you’ll lead:

Serve as a trusted internal consultant to leaders in your assigned units

Manage complex employee relations matters with care and objectivity

Drive data-informed decisions with workforce trends and metrics

Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration

Coach managers through performance, engagement, and retention strategies

Stay ahead of employment laws and ensure compliance across programs

Develop and implement HR policies and training programs

Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and role development

Play an active role in audits, strategic projects, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field

3 years of professional HR experience with a strong background in employee relations

Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices

Strong organizational, consulting, and communication skills

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusion and ethics
Bonus Points for:

4 years of HR experience

SHRM or HRCI certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
