As we expand our business, we’re seeking experienced Sales Consultants with a passion for trucks and exceptional product knowledge to complement our team during this exciting period of growth.

What We’re Looking For:
If you have automotive sales experience and know how to deliver a first-class truck walkaround while showcasing your knowledge of various truck brands, we want to hear from you!
Bonus:
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required but a plus).
Your Responsibilities:
- Leverage our CRM system daily to drive business through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and guide customers through the sales process.
- Sell trucks with a focus on maximizing every deal.
- Wear company polo attire and represent our brand professionally.
- Bring a strong desire to succeed and have fun while doing it!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Aggressive commission structure with spiffs and no cap on earnings.
- Company-paid insurance for individuals or a $500 monthly contribution toward a family plan.
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match (eligibility after 60 days).
- Competitive schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in automotive, preferably with truck knowledge.
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.
