Role Description
This full-time, on-site Automotive Sales Manager role is based in Franklin, TN. The Sales Manager will lead the dealership’s automotive sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, mentoring and coaching sales staff, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the management team to optimize efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales and deep knowledge of the automotive industry
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Leadership and team management experience in a sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Knowledge of vehicles from major brands such as Ford, Chevy, Ram, Jeep, and GMC is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
