Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Franklin, TN. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, addressing inquiries about vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the product inventory, negotiating sales, and assisting in achieving overall dealership sales goals. Exceptional communication and customer service are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Sales and negotiation experience in a retail or automotive setting
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while meeting sales goals
- Knowledge or interest in vehicles, especially custom trucks, is highly desirable
- Professional demeanor and the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to dealership success
- Experience with sales software or CRM systems is a plus
- Availability to work at our dealership location in Franklin, TN
- BEING COMFORTABLE MAKING CALLS ON 80 WARM LEADS MONTHLY AND KEEPING A CLEAN CRM.
