Liberty Village of Peru is seeking a qualified part-time receptionist working every Wednesday evening 4pm -7pm and rotating Friday evening 4pm -7pm and weekends 9am-5pm for our beautiful retirement community. We desire individuals who have a passion for helping people, who thrive in a team environment, and who want to make a difference all while advancing their skills. Receptionist Duties:
- Receive visitors and telephone calls with appropriate greetings and connect them to the proper party
- Write messages with the necessary information and distribute them to the appropriate parties
- Help administrative staff and Department Heads with typing and clerical duties
- Hand out applications and reference check forms for job applicants
Receptionist Requirements:
- Excellent Telephone and Customer Service Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills Required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Available to work nights and weekends with flexibility
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
