Liberty Village of Peru is seeking qualified full and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our beautiful retirement community. We have openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts and an increase in the base pay of up to $6.50 per hour based on experience. These postions will require rotating weekend and holiday hours. We desire individuals who have a passion for helping people, who thrive in a team environment, and who want to make a difference all while advancing their skills. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills:

• Basic computer skills
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
• High School diploma or GED
