Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support RV dealership accounting and finance operations, including deal processing, vehicle titling, lien payoffs, and funding coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in accounting, automotive finance, accounts payable/receivable, or dealership operations. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review deal jackets, sales contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Handle vehicle titling, registration, and title submissions in compliance with state regulations
• Manage lien payoffs, loan funding, and lender communication
• Ensure compliance with dealership accounting policies and legal requirements
• Coordinate with sales, finance (F&I), and accounting teams to finalize deals
• Assist in providing documentation related to deals for monthly closing
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
  
  
  

Preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administrative support, or dealership operations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Experience working in a dealership environment
• Experience with dealership management systems (IDS preferred)
• Familiarity with vehicle titling and registration processes
• Understanding of lien payoffs and lender funding processes
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable or general ledger
