What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Desk deals and close when needed
- Drive gross profit and unit volume
- Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable
- Recruit and develop top sales talent
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- 5 years of dealership sales management experience in Auto, RV, or Marine
- Proven closing and negotiation skills
- Track record of increasing volume and profitability
- Strong leadership presence with high integrity
- CRM and desking experience
- Willingness to work late evenings and weekends as needed in a retail environment
- Base salary VERY aggressive performance bonuses

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
