Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Commission Sales Associate for a full-time, hybrid role based in McKinney, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Associate will identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and actively promote Thryve’s accounting and advisory services. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and consistent service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, relationship building, and client retention
- Understanding of accounting, financial services, and advisory operations is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a MAJOR PLUS
- WE PAY high commissions. $105,000 at plan for someone wirh 2-3 years experience is realistic. Someone with relevant experience and relationships in this niche can make significantly more with smart targeting and offering our most complete advisory services packages including fractional CFO placements
- Previous experience in commission-based roles or financial services is advantageous
- Willingness to work some days in-office and flexibility to adapt to hybrid work requirements
Salary : $105,000
