Manager - Database Development & Administration

I'm seeking a Manager - SQL Database Development & Administration for a full-time remote position with a stable and growing company in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a great opportunity for a technical manager with people leadership experience. Interested candidates should have the following skills to be considered.

• 7-10 years of Database administration, for both relational and non-relational database systems
• 4 years of team management leading database developers and DBA's
• Extensive experience with SQL Server databases inside Azure and other Data platforms
• Extensive experience with SQL performance tuning
• Experience working with Software engineering teams to build database solutions that add value to service offerings
• Understand Database best practices and procedures, recognize where improvements can be made and provide solutions for improvement
• Responsible for SQL Server database solutions inside Azure
