Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineering, this person will be responsible for assisting in the firm's growth in the Utility sector. This would include utility distribution design standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. This individual will serve as a technical leader overseeing overhead and underground electrical distribution design packages, ensuring adherence to utility, municipal, and jurisdictional requirements.
This role will take ownership of QA/QC reviews, engineering standards development, and design best practices, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in electrical distribution projects, standards development, design review, and code compliance, along with the ability to collaborate across clients, permitting agencies, and construction teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer
- P.E. License is highly preferred but not required
- 6 years of experience with a focus on the utility sector, experience with NESC, NEC, and utility distribution requirements
