**Key Qualifications & Requirements:**

• 0–4 years of experience in customer support; open to motivated recent graduates.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable with client interactions via phone and email.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; eagerness to master CRM tools.
• Passion for manufacturing and technical products; past exposure to production or engineering is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline is beneficial.
• Enthusiasm to engage with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with training provided.
  
  

In this role, you will actively engage with approximately 200 accounts, uncovering opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer specifications into engineered solutions, playing a critical role from initial inquiry to final delivery.
