Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

About the Role
We are seeking Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) to join our team. At Liberty 1 Lending, we help customers reach their dreams of becoming homeowners every day. We are searching for qualified MLOs to guide customers through our mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through our inbound call model
- Engage in consultations based on needs to comprehend borrower objectives and suggest appropriate mortgage options
- Effectively communicate benefits of loan products, eligibility criteria, and subsequent steps in the process
- Uphold comprehensive product knowledge and remain updated on industry regulations and lending initiatives
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients during the loan process
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan closures

Qualifications
- 1 year of mortgage experience (preferred)
- Active NMLS license
- Proficient in managing live transfers & closing deals
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and excelling in a fast-paced environment
