Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Loan Officer, including managing a pipeline of residential mortgage applications and supporting borrowers from application to closing.
- Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices, including conventional, FHA, VA, and other common loan products.
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and documentation requirements, with the ability to prepare accurate files and collaborate effectively with underwriting teams.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to provide empathetic, solutions-focused support to diverse clients.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to explain complex mortgage terms, rates, and fees in accessible language.
