Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Loan Officer located in Livonia, MI. As a Loan Officer, your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their financial profiles, generating loan solutions, and working closely with underwriters to finalize applications. You will cultivate relationships with clients and partners while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Loan Origination and Underwriting
- Familiarity with Finance principles and Loan Officer responsibilities
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with mortgage products and services is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
