Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring their needs are met with clear communication and exceptional customer service. Key tasks include assessing borrower qualifications, recommending suitable loan products, managing loan origination and underwriting processes, and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Loan Origination and expertise as a Loan Officer
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- State licensure and NMLS registration are required (or ability to obtain them)
- Proficiency with mortgage industry-related software is a plus
- Experience in sales or client relationship management is beneficial
