What You’ll Do
As a Loan Officer in training, you’ll gain real-world experience while building a strong foundation in sales, finance, and client relationship management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Train directly under top-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on coaching
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads
- Guide clients through loan options and the application process
- Use CRM and loan origination systems to track and manage clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
- Participate in team meetings, contests, and performance incentives
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- No prior mortgage experience required — full training provided
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of sales, customer service, or commission-based experience
- Outgoing, competitive, and confident working with people
- Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
- Highly motivated by income potential, growth, and performance
