What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRUSTS & ESTATES PARTNER ATTORNEY position at LHH?
I am currently working with a leading regional law firm, who are actively looking to recruit a partner to join their growing Trusts & Estates group in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with other Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
- You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families.
- Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including disclaimers, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience.
- Excellent academics.
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Strong business development and networking skills.
- A portable book of business is required
