LHH is seeking a Treasury Accountant to support accounting, cash management, and treasury operations within a dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, supporting the monthly close, and maintaining documentation for audits. The Treasury Accountant will assist with accounts payable, employee expense report review and analysis, daily cash monitoring across approximately 150 active cash accounts, and the preparation of high-value weekly payments. The position also partners directly with banking institutions such as JP Morgan and HSBC, supports internal controls and payment process improvements, and works across systems including Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, Concur, and online banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Maintain financial documentation and support internal audits. Review and approve employee expense reports; set up users in Concur. Assist with AP, including vendor onboarding and payment preparation. Support analysis of employee expenditures and operational costs.
Treasury & Cash Operations Support daily cash management and cash flow monitoring. Help oversee approximately 150 active cash accounts with large-dollar activity. Prepare and recommend weekly outgoing payments (many exceeding $1M). Assist with U.S. and Korea royalty disbursements (payments only—another team calculates the amounts). Monitor bank activity and work directly with JP Morgan and HSBC representatives. Support internal controls over cash handling and liquidity. Participate in test payments and payment process improvement.
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
