Job Title: Payroll Timekeeping Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Timekeeping Analyst with expertise in ADP eTime. The Timekeeping Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing timekeeping data using ADP eTime/WFN systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, timekeeping, and experience with ADP timekeeping platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
- Review and verify timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, highlighting key metrics and any issues that need attention.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and timekeeping data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support and training to employees on timekeeping and payroll processes, ensuring they understand and comply with company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and timekeeping, with a strong emphasis on ADP systems (eTime or WFN).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP payroll software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
