Position Highlights:
- Start ASAP to allow for approximately 4 weeks of training with the current assistant
- Support a busy associate attorney and assist with general office operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls
- Work closely with the office manager and team on administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for attorneys
- Scan, copy, fax, and organize case documentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the office
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Assist with general office coordination and team support as needed
Compensation:
- $20-25/per hour
