Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Staff and Senior Accountants
- Oversee month-end close across multiple practices
- Support corporate reporting and consolidations across various regions
- Perform technical accounting research
- Assist with external audits as needed
- Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and related inquiries
- Support acquisition-related accounting activities
- Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc responsibilities
Qualifications:
- CPA or actively pursuing preferred
- At least 1 year of management experience required
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Background in external audit is a plus
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
